By placing an order or making a purchase with Basic Nutrition, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Basic Nutrition Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Standard Return Policy
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. To qualify for a refund based upon the original payment method, the product must have the be in the original packaging, undamaged with the original seal intact.
Returns Due To Our Error
If the shipment contains the incorrect items and the return is a result of our fulfillment error, the buyer will have the option to have the correct items shipped to them, or a refund for the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, including shipping to and from Basic Nutrition. The refund or exchange will be completed based upon receipt of the original shipment at a Basic Nutrition facility.
Returns Due To Buyer’s Remorse & Accidental Ordering
Returns as a result of Buyer’s Remorse or Accidental Ordering will be accepted as long as the return complies with the Standard Return Policy. The buyer will be responsible for both the initial shipping costs from Basic Nutrition to the customer as well as the return shipping charges.
Under no condition will items outside the 30 Day return window be considered for returns.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
